PAYMENT
Payment can be done by banktransfer via Paypal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay or bankwire.

SHIPPING
Costs for shipping can be found here. Firmatique is not responsible for loss and/or damage to the goods during shipment via PostNL, but will do anything to make your order arrive in good shape. Your order can be shipped insured. If you prefer so, please indicate by e-mail before ordering.

DELIVERY
Once the amount has been credited, Firmatique sends the ordered items as soon as possible and always within 3 business days. If this is, in any exceptional case, not possible, you will receive this message via email asap. More information about shipping can be found here.

RETURN
If the order does not meet your needs, you can contact us, without giving any reason, within 24 hours after delivery. Together we determine a solution. If we agree a return you can send your order to the address you'll receive by e-mail. Costs for return shipment shall be borne by the customer. Please return within 7 days of delivery of the order, the unused items in their original packaging. We will refund purchase price minus administrationcosts within 14 days of receipt of the return. Firmatique reserves the right to refuse returns or to offset only a portion of the amount paid when it is suspected that the product has been used or if the product is damaged as a result of use or shipment. Firmatique also reserves the right to refuse or to pay only a portion of the amount paid for returns when the items are not returned within 7 days or return without being reported to Firmatique by e-mail.

APPLICABILITY
These conditions apply to all orders at Firmatique

WARRANTY
Firmatique guarantees that all deliveries are done properly and items meet the specifications stated in the offer. Exceptions are possible in color differences. Defects arising as the result of unnormal use or which are due to substantial fault of the customer are not covered by the warranty.

FORCE MAJEURE
Firmatique is not obliged to perform any obligation to the customer if it has been hampered by force majeure. Force majeure shall in any case include breakdowns by Firmatique and/or transport stagnation.

PRIVACY
Firmatique never gives personal data of customers to third parties. Customer information will only be used for the purpose of processing the orders and for personal use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CREDITS
Firmatique is owned by H. Drevel en J. Mulder. They reserve the rights and power they're entitled under the Copyright and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Text and visual material on this site may only be duplicated and/or used with in advance given explicit permission of the owner.

Firmatique is registered at the Chambre of Commerce Groningen accountnumber 62176099 and is established in Haren, Waterhuizerweg 1 (9753HP). Firmatique is VAT liable, number NL854698097B01.
